Wilkommen, Bienvenue, Welcome!

Any good blog by an actress should start with a musical theatre reference.

Wait, no, it shouldn't? It's a surefire way to make people run from the hills, blood coursing down their eyes from the pain they've endured from a cornball Cabaret reference and blatant Liza Minnelli worship (did I mentioned she walked into my callback  this summer, and that this was  awesome) ??

Oh ok, I'll try to remember not to do that in the next post.

But  anyway, Welcome to Chronicles of a Blactress, or C o/a B. No. Too awkward? Ok I'll let the acronym come naturally, hopefully it'll be a result of some sort of popularity from readership. Ahem. No pressure...to love it obsessively. Or anything.
